Eligibility
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, along with 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (IT Officer): Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Passed the Chartered Accountancy examination from ICAI, with 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant in a Bank / Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (Law Officer): Degree in Law (LLB) with enrolment as an advocate with the Bar Council, and 2 years of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager): Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance, with 1 year of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer): MBA in Marketing, with 1 year of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer): Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry / Forestry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture, with 2 years of experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 Years
- Officer Scale-I: 18 to 30 Years
- Officer Scale-II: 21 to 32 Years
- Officer Scale-III: 21 to 40 Years
