- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution (mandatory), as on 01.08.2026.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State they are applying for — reading, writing, speaking and understanding.

- Online Test – 120 questions for 120 marks in 120 minutes: English Language (qualifying in nature, not counted in final merit); Banking Knowledge; General / Economic Awareness; Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude. Penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
- Psychometric Test / Personal Interview – candidates qualifying in the online test appear for interview(s) assessing personality, communication skills, problem-solving ability and suitability for the post.
