Short Information: HLL Infra Tech Services Limited (HITES), a subsidiary of HLL Lifecare under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has invited online applications for 21 managerial posts in its Infrastructure Development divisions — Design and Execution. Openings are for Chief Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager across Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BME, Quantity Surveying, Civil and MEP disciplines on a fixed-term contract of 3 years. • The qualifying degree or diploma must be full-time/regular from a national-level institute of repute or a recognised Indian university. Articleship, internship, training, dissertation or self-employment during the course does not count as post-qualification experience.
• Senior Operations Manager (Structural) Full-time M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Senior Operations Manager (HVAC) Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Senior Operations Manager (Electrical) Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Senior Operations Manager (Plumbing) Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Operations Manager (BME) Full-time B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics and Communication, with 3 years of experience for degree holders and 10 years for diploma holders.
• Operations Manager (Quantity Surveyor) Full-time B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, with 3 years of experience for degree holders and 10 years for diploma holders.
• Chief Manager (Civil) Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Senior Operations Manager (MEP) Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Operations Manager (Civil) Full-time B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, with 3 years of experience for degree holders and 10 years for diploma holders.

Selection Process

• Eligible candidates are shortlisted on initial scrutiny and called for an interview or skill assessment.
• Depending on the response received, HITES may conduct a preliminary interview, test or group discussion as part of the process.
• Negative marking does not apply — the notified selection is through interview/skill assessment, not a written examination.
• Appointment is on a fixed-term contract of 3 years initially, renewable on performance or organisational requirement.
• Selected candidates may be posted at any HITES office or project site across India, and possibly at overseas locations, at the discretion of management. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
