Short Information: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has declared the result of Common Recruitment Examination-5 (CRE-5) for 1484 Group B and Group C non-faculty posts (Advt No. 93/2026). Candidates who appeared in the re-examination held on 31 August and 01 September 2026 for the affected group codes can now check their qualifying status on the official portal using enrollment number, registration number or date of birth.

The vacancies are spread across participating AIIMS institutes and other central government institutes under nearly 57 post groups — Technician, Pharmacist, Nursing Officer, Lab Technologist, Junior Engineer, Dietician, Physiotherapist, Programmer, Fire Assistant and various administrative posts.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Qualification is post-wise: 10th / 10+2 / Diploma / Degree / Certificate from a recognized board, university or institution.
• Notification: Candidates must check Annexure-I of the official notification (Advt No. 93/2026) for the exact qualification, experience and age prescribed for their post group.
• NOC: Government / PSU / autonomous-body employees (including contractual staff) must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (CBT) — primary stage
• Skill Test — only for posts where applicable
• Document Verification and institute allocation on merit

Exam Pattern: 100 MCQs for 400 marks in 90 minutes — 20 questions on General Knowledge, Aptitude and Computer Knowledge + 80 questions on the domain subject of the post group. Each question carries 4 marks; a wrong answer deducts 1 mark (negative marking 1/4th). The paper runs in 5 sections of 18 minutes each with no backtracking. Qualifying marks: 40% (UR/EWS), 35% (OBC), 30% (SC/ST and PwBD). Medium: bilingual (English/Hindi) for 10th/12th level posts; English only for graduate/technical level posts.
