Eligibility
- Recovery Officer: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 15 years of banking experience, including minimum 10 years of experience in the recovery function in the banking industry.
- Officer on Special Duty (OSD) – Recovery: Graduate in any field (Post-Graduate / CAIIB certification preferred) with minimum 20 years of relevant banking experience, including minimum 12 years in a leadership role (Manager and above).
- AM II / DM II – Chartered Accountant: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0 to 5 years of experience.
- Legal & Litigation (AM II / DM II / Manager II / Chief Manager II): Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) with minimum 7 years of practical experience in banking and recovery litigation; experience in SARFAESI Act, DRT/DRAT matters and High Court proceedings preferred.
- AGM / DGM – Human Resources: Graduate in any field with MBA/MMS in Human Resources, with minimum 20 years of relevant experience including minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the banking/NBFC industry.
- AGM / DGM – Audit: Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting, Finance or Banking (CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred), with minimum 20 years of banking experience including minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
