Eligibility
SPA ke liye kisi manyata prapt vishvavidyalaya se snatak degree, English Shorthand me 110 wpm ki gati, computer par English typing 40 wpm aur computer ka gyan aavashyak hai. PA ke liye snatak degree, English Shorthand 100 wpm, computer typing 40 wpm aur computer gyan chahiye. Yogyata aakhri tithi 05/10/2026 tak poori honi chahiye.
Selection Process
Chayan chaar charnon me hoga. Charan-I English Typing Test (qualifying, 10 minute, 40 wpm, 3% galti seema). Charan-II Shorthand Test (SPA ke liye 110 wpm, 550 shabdon ka 5 minute dictation, 45 minute transcription, 120 ank; PA ke liye 100 wpm, 500 shabd, 110 ank). Charan-III Main Descriptive Exam 100 ankon ka (Nibandh 40, Patra 15, Vyakaran evam Bodh 25, Hindi se English Anuvad 10). Charan-IV Interview 15 ankon ka (koi nyuntam qualifying ank nahi). Notice me koi negative marking scheme nahi di gayi hai (skill aur descriptive tests hain, MCQ nahi).
