Salary / Stipend – Stipend Apprentices Act, 1961 ke niyamon ke anusar milega. Training trade ke hisab se 1 se 3 saal ki hogi. Training poori karne par HCL me regular naukri ka adhikar nahi milega.
HCL Apprentice Eligibility 2026
- Mate Mines (Fresher) aur Shotfirer / Blaster (Mines) ke liye 10th / Matriculation (10+2 system) pass hona chahiye. In dono trades ke liye ITI ki zaroorat nahi hai.
- Baaki 17 trades ke liye 10th pass ke saath sambandhit trade me ITI pass certificate hona chahiye, jo NCVT / SCVT se recognized institute se mila ho.
- Agar 10th me CGPA grading system hai to percentage nikalne ke liye CGPA ko 9.5 se multiply kiya jayega.
- Jin candidates ne ITI 2025 ya usse pehle pass ki hai, unhe non-judicial stamp paper par Magistrate ya Notary ke samne shapath wala affidavit dena hoga ki unhone kahin apprenticeship training ya regular employment nahi li hai.
- Diploma ya B.E. / B.Tech wale candidates is bharti ke liye eligible nahi hain. B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com jaisi higher general degree par koi extra weightage nahi milega.
HCL Apprentice Selection Process 2026
- Merit List – Koi written exam nahi hoga aur koi interview nahi hoga. Selection poori tarah academic aur technical merit par hoga. ITI trades (Sl. 3–19) me 10th ke marks ko 70% weightage aur ITI trade ke marks ko 30% weightage milega. Fresher mining trades (Mate Mines, Shotfirer / Blaster) me 10th ke marks ko 100% weightage milega.
- Tie-Breaking – Barabar marks hone par umar me bade candidate ko upar rank milega.
- Medical Examination – Final engagement HCL ke medical fitness standards par fit hone par hoga.
Negative Marking – Lagu nahi, kyunki koi written exam nahi hai, selection sirf merit par hoga.
Question Type – Lagu nahi.

- Step 1 – Apprenticeship India Portal (NAPS) Par Registration – apprenticeshipindia.gov.in par Candidate ke roop me register karein. Profile 100% Aadhaar-verified poori karein, bank account details aur eKYC karein. Establishment Search me Hindustan Copper Limited, Malanjkhand Copper Project khojkar sambandhit trade ke liye apply karein aur Apprenticeship Registration Number note karein.
- Step 2 – HCL Portal Par Application – hindustancopper.com par Career section me Engagement of Trade Apprentices in MCP – 2026 chunein. Apprenticeship Portal Registration Number aur personal details bharein (One Applicant – One Application). Recent passport-size colour photo (JPG, 50 KB se kam) aur kaale ink wale signature (JPG, 50 KB se kam) upload karein. ITI 2025 ya pehle pass wale candidates notarized affidavit PDF (1 MB se kam) upload karein. Saari details check karke 24 November 2026 se pehle submit karein aur computer-generated application form aur acknowledgement slip ka print nikaalein.
