Selection Process
The IBPS PO selection process has three main stages: Preliminary Examination (screening test only — prelims marks are not counted in the final merit), Main Examination and Interview. The final score is prepared using the Mains and Interview marks in an 80:20 ratio, and provisional allotment is made according to merit, vacancies and applicable reservation rules. New in this cycle: a Personality Test (self-report assessment) has been added after the Mains result — it is non-qualifying but mandatory before the Interview.

- On the homepage, open the CRP PO/MT section and select CRP PO/MT-XVI
- Click on the link for “Online Main Examination – Call Letter”
- Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth, fill in the captcha code and click Login
- Your admit card will appear on the screen — verify your name, roll number, exam centre address, reporting time and shift carefully
- Download the call letter and take a clear printout on A4-size paper; carry it to the exam hall along with an original valid photo ID
