Short Information: IIT Madras ne GATE 2027 ka online registration portal (late fee ke saath) 15 October 2026 subah 10:30 baje se 16 October 2026 subah 10:29 baje tak dobara khol diya hai. Jo candidates pehle apply nahi kar paye the, wo ab goaps.iitm.ac.in par apna form bhar sakte hain. Pariksha 06 se 21 February 2027 tak hogi.

GATE 2027 me apply karne ke liye koi age limit nahi hai.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Science / Commerce / Arts / Humanities stream me bachelor degree haasil kar chuke ya final year me adhyayanrat candidates apply kar sakte hain. Post-wise poori eligibility ke liye official information brochure zaroor padhein.
Naya test paper Robotics and Automation (RA) is baar se jud gaya hai. XE, XH, XL papers ke sectional paper codes me badlav hue hain.
Exam Pattern
Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT), English bhasha me
Duration: 3 Hours
Questions: kul 65 (10 General Aptitude + 55 subject)
Marks: 100
Question Type: MCQ, MSQ (Multiple Select), NAT (Numerical Answer Type)
Negative Marking: MCQ me har galat uttar par 1-mark question me 1/3 aur 2-mark question me 2/3 ank katenge; MSQ aur NAT me koi negative marking nahi hai
How to Apply
- Official application portal goaps.iitm.ac.in/login kholen.
- Registration karein — DigiLocker account se judein (form submit karne ke baad DigiLocker account delete na karein).
- Login karke application form bharein — personal details, paper selection aur exam city chunein.
- Photograph, signature aur required documents prescribed format me upload karein.
- Late fee ke saath application fee ka online payment karein.
- 16 October 2026 subah 10:29 baje se pehle final submit karke printout surakshit rakhein.
