Eligibility
- Candidate must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th) from a recognized board. Candidates appearing in Class 10th could also apply, subject to producing the pass certificate before document verification.
- For Havaldar posts, physical standards are mandatory — Male height 157.5 cm, chest 76-81 cm, walking 1.6 km in 15 minutes. Female height 152 cm, weight 48 kg, walking 1 km in 20 minutes.

- Computer Based Examination (CBE) — MCQ type, 0.25 negative marking for every wrong answer
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST) — Havaldar posts only
