- Accounts Officer: Graduation degree ke saath 10 years ka experience, YA Post Graduation degree ke saath 5 years ka experience, YA MBA (Finance) ke saath 2 years ka experience.

- Junior Personal Assistant: Recognized board se 12th pass + shorthand speed 80 words per minute (10 minute dictation). Transcription computer par — English me 50 minute, Hindi me 65 minute.

SCL Various Post Selection Process 2026
- Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (Objective MCQ): Admin/Accounts/Purchase & Stores Officer — 200 questions, 200 marks, 120 minute. Junior Personal Assistant — 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minute. Technical Assistant / Technician B — CBT official scheme ke anusar.
- Negative Marking: Har galat answer par 0.25 marks katenge (sabhi posts me). Qualifying marks: UR category ke liye 50%, PwBD ke liye 40% (Admin posts me Part A aur Part B dono me).
- Stage 2 – Interview (sirf Admin/Accounts/Purchase & Stores Officer): CBT performance ke adhar par 1:5 ratio me shortlist. Final panel me CBT aur Interview marks ka weightage 60:40 hoga.
