Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognised university or institute.
- Full-time two-year PG degree or PG diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Communication, Public Relations, or a combination of these subjects, with at least 60% marks (55% for SC / ST / PwBD candidates where the vacancy is identified for that category).
- Both qualifications must be full-time and from a recognised Indian university or institute.
- The candidate must be an Indian national; selected officers may be posted at any NTPC office, station, project, joint venture or subsidiary in India.
Selection Process

- Online written test – Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT); each part must be qualified separately. The written test carries 85% weightage in the final merit.
- Personal interview (15% weightage in the final merit); must be qualified separately.
